EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY — VINIZZA AVILA

At VINIZZA AVILA, every piece is made with intention, and we want your shopping experience to feel just as authentic. Below you’ll find our exchange policy.

1. Timeframe to Request an Exchange

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange. After this period, we will not be able to process the request.

2. Exchanges Only (No Refunds)

At this time, we do not offer monetary refunds. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations (size, color, etc.), we’re happy to exchange it for another size, another item of equal value, or issue you a store credit for a future purchase.

3. Conditions for a Valid Exchange

To accept an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • In its original condition with all tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Free of stains, odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), or damage caused by wear.

Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong size sent, item damaged in transit, etc.): VINIZZA AVILA covers the shipping cost both ways.

  • If the exchange is due to customer preference (didn’t fit, changed your mind, etc.): return shipping is covered by the customer. Shipping for the new item will be charged or arranged on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us at vinizzaavila@gmail.com or through our Instagram @vinizzaavila within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and, if it’s due to a defect, a photo of the item.

  • We’ll confirm whether your request meets the conditions above and let you know the next steps for shipping.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange within [X business days].

6. International Orders

If your order was placed from the United States, Canada, or another destination outside Mexico, please contact us before shipping any item back, as international shipping times and costs may vary.
